Our planned delivery service is for customers in the United Kingdom. Ordering is not open yet.

- 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery after dispatch
- 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total estimated time
- 4–12 business days, including processing and delivery. Public holidays are excluded.
- Delivery cost
- Delivery charges and postcode coverage will be published before ordering opens.
Processing and delivery
Processing covers preparing an order for dispatch; delivery time starts after dispatch. The estimates above describe our planned service, not a guaranteed arrival date for the collection currently shown.
Destinations and charges
We are preparing delivery to the United Kingdom. Supported postcodes, any regional restrictions and delivery charges will be available before payment. We do not currently advertise free delivery.
Tracking and delivery questions
If you have a tracking number, use Track your order. Tracking updates come from the carrier. For a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, contact support@27reedboutique.com with your order and tracking details.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address when ordering. Our company address identifies the business; it is not a collection point, dispatch warehouse or return destination.
