Where do you deliver?

Our intended market is the United Kingdom. Final delivery coverage will be published before sales open.

How long does delivery take?

Our planned delivery service is for customers in the United Kingdom. Ordering is not open yet.

Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery after dispatch: 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated time: 4–12 business days, including processing and delivery. Public holidays are excluded.
Delivery cost: Delivery charges and postcode coverage will be published before ordering opens.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are being finalised and will be clearly shown before checkout when the store opens.

Can I return an item?

For eligible UK online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the item within a further 14 days. This statutory right is separate from any additional returns offer.

Contact support for return instructions. Our business address is not a parcel-return address. The return destination and any additional return window will be published before ordering opens.

Can I order now?

Our first collection is being prepared. Ordering will open when the products are ready.
